Privacy
We are not in the marketing or personal data collection business - we store and process only what's required.
What we collect
Only what you give us when you get in touch: your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to include in your message. If we end up working together, we also handle the billing details needed to invoice you.
Why we may use it, and on what basis
We use your information to respond to you and to carry out the business conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and, where we go on to work together, taking steps toward or fulfilling an agreement with you. Billing data we keep because Swedish accounting law tells us to.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only as long as there is a reason to: an active inquiry, an ongoing working relationship, or a legal obligation to retain records. When none of those apply, we delete it. Accounting records stick around for seven years because bokföringslagen says so.
Who else sees it
We don't sell or share your personal data, and we don't pass it to advertisers or data brokers. A few providers help us run things: the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which sees basic request data like IP addresses so it can actually deliver the pages to you; messages you send us go through our email provider, Proton Mail; and our accounting is handled by Ekovik AB, who see the billing data needed to do the books. That's it — no tracking layered on top.
